Been a little bit since my last round up, and it's kind of crazy how much the news cycle has shifted in that time. The question of canceling Joe Rogan over the “n-word” came and went and will likely be back. Then we had trucker protests in Canada. We watched as the Canadian government instituted emergency orders allowing them to seize and freeze bank accounts of Canadian citizens who disagree with their “elected representatives.” So much for “the people” being sovereign.
Then, almost as if on cue - WAR.
Not a direct war, but a perfect time to remind Americans what they're supposed to hate more than COVID - Russians!
But enough about the end of the world, On to the tweets!
But first…

While everyone is talking about Russia, you shouldn't forget that internal passports are un-American.

RNC Research @RNCResearch
Fauci says proof-of-vaccination requirements for public settings "is one of the important ways to keep the indoor environment safe." "I support it." https://t.co/7xO0LdvSX9Let’s not forget this gem of a distraction. I always struggle how much to comment on the culture war element of things because you feed flames with oxygen. Talking about a story whether you like it or not has the intended effect of the writer. Especially an outlet like NPR - which lest we forget is government funded.
The people who want to racialize everything are no better than slave masters. It is simply the case that racism is about social control. There is no justice or peace to be found in fretting over emojis, but creating an emotional reaction around such a choice allows for greater control over your mind.

NPR @NPR
Some white people may choose 👍 because it feels neutral — but some academics argue opting out of 👍🏻 signals a lack of awareness about white privilege, akin to society associating whiteness with being raceless. https://t.co/9g3rochT0KAnyone who tries to tell you the U.S. Government isn’t involved in Ukraine should be ignored. They are either lying or ignorant. As my recent piece shows, and a simple look outside the mainstream narrative proves - powerful USG actors have been at the center of Ukrainian corruption for the last decade at least. The degree to which the average person is being fed a narrative that says otherwise brings us closer to further escalation, as we see people calling for a no-fly zone.

Fox News @FoxNews
OPINION: Russia, Ukraine conflict cannot have America sitting on the sidelines https://t.co/05bNQNR44hI co-sign this tweet 100%.

If you’ve been keeping up with evolutionary biology, you’ll understand the meaning behind this tweet. If not, make sure you subscribe as I’ll be exploring this as part of an upcoming series reviewing key lessons from Dr. Bret Weinstein & Dr. Heather Heying’s new book. “A Hunter-Gatherer’s guide to the 21st century”
My Quote tweet is perhaps a little too tongue in cheek for the serious nature of the accusations. There are stories on a monthly basis it seems of high level executives in media, social media, and so on being busted for wanting to have sex with minors. Pretty gross if you ask me, and even grosser they don’t receive nation-wide attention. There’s a smoke screen that exists in front of the progressive mind by design. They have been led to believe that the Catholic Church in particular has the highest prevalence of child abuse, which is not the case. Predators will seek positions that allow them access to children, and it’s a crime of commission that it’s not discussed more. The world post Epstein demands we face this evil head on so it isn’t allowed to grow.

Ailan Evans @AilanHEvans
NEW: Meta employee Jeren Miles, captured in a viral video appearing to admit to sending sexually explicit texts to an underaged boy, is "no longer employed" at the company, a Meta spokesperson confirmed to me. https://t.co/qoLM9fEnyqThe line between symbolism and reality gets blurry. As I’ve written recently, the external borders of a government are the ones they defend. Most understand the United States to be a world super power. So when they say Ukraine is “defending all of Europe” they mean “Ukraine is defending the world order that the United States is a superpower over”

The Hill @thehill
Zelensky meets with Harris: Ukraine army "defending all of Europe" https://t.co/KYjRRa5ptg https://t.co/rSqQ15YVVvHonestly, Drew Hernandez isn’t a bad guy - we’d probably agree on a lot of things. I just don’t think he really understands the significance of the “n-word” controversy because he plays by the rules of the left. I’m not a fan of racism per se, but I also understand that racism in that it’s discussed in the media and elsewhere is about social control. What this means is that using or not using the “n-word” isn’t about right and wrong its about whether you will comply with the ruling class. Mainstream conservatives think that hypocrisy is a problem because they do not like to be hypocrites. When you’re a chaotic left winger however, hypocrisy is how you get through the day, and infuriate your opponents.

PatriotTakes 🇺🇸 @patriottakes
New TPUSA Contributor Drew Hernandez defends the use of the N-word, suggests it is “racist” to tell people not to. https://t.co/I8rDW4qNSDThis is a worthwhile sentiment to understand. There is no putting the genie back in the bottle as it relates to the internet. Despite that, legacy institutions will continue to play king-makers. I’d click through to read the whole thread.

Self explanatory.

Office of Existential Management @RachelDTobias
Liberation =\= Liberty. The modern world wants to “Liberate” you from what makes you humanSlowly but surely, the broader American public will begin to recognize what people like me have been saying for awhile now. “War” does not have to be kinetic. While it is true conventional warfare continues, the war over information means just as much if not more. If you don’t think members of the US Government realize this you are likely a victim of their propaganda. That’s why this newsletter exists, to demystify their approach to social control.

Ukraine / Україна @Ukraine
Tag @Russia and tell them what you think about themThe more I write and attempt to analyze the news cycle, the more contempt I have for the average reporter or talk show host on cable TV (with few exception) The bloodlust on display has been a little terrifying.

Good reinforce

This is the simple way of understanding world events.
Great video if you didn’t see it.

In the below video, you’ll hear exactly what foreign policy experts have been saying since the fall of the Soviet Union. What you see on display in the video is the degree to which someone like Joe Biden is literally a mouthpiece, paid to say the right things at the right times. Just like an actor.

Alexei Arora @AlexeiArora
Biden in 1997 saying that the only thing that could provoke a "vigorous and hostile" Russian response would be if NATO expanded as far as the Baltic states https://t.co/D0xG5uITwEIt’s so interesting to me how things look when you’re on the inside of D.C. politics like Robby Soave, he wrote a piece saying Mitt Romney is a good choice for the GOP come 2024. The easiest way to understand why Robby Soave would write a piece like that is because he isn’t libertarian despite working for what was a respected libertarian outlet like Reason Magazine.

Robby Soave @robbysoave
I think it's pretty obvious that the Republican with the very best shot of beating Biden in 2024 is Mitt Romney. MAGA world would never let this happen though, because Trump's feelings are more important for some reason. https://t.co/vT8QDiDTiDI gotta have Dr. Michael Rectenwald on my show some time….. as a former Marxist he understands just how insipid the ideology is.

Lex Friedman doesn’t seem like a bad person, but he is extremely naive. Which seems to correlate with highly intelligent people.

Lex Fridman @lexfridman
It is becoming harder and harder to know what is true. The house always wins

This is a video everyone needs to watch.(click throu Compare the rhetoric of then to the rhetoric of today and grasp that USG has been meddling with Ukraine since Stephen Colbert was on Comedy Central.
Palette cleanser, highly recommend this comedy special by Ryan Long

Insufferable people have insufferable opinions. It’s why I look for thoughtful people (and arguably why you’ve found this website)

Don The Pleb @HeloProcurement
@Surfer_Binary In the end I don't give a damn if muh based monarchy is the way to go or not. Figure out a way to get from where we are to anywhere better or just shut the hell up. Sperging "MuH bAsEd MoNaRcHy! ReAd BoOk!" into the internet is not helping. This may seem “out there” but it’s closer to what is than what you read in the NYT.

Here’s another example of the blatant lying going around to serve the cause of Ukraine fighting for Europe aka USG world order. An article claimed Russian Cosmonauts were wearing blue and yellow in solidarity with Ukraine, when the flight suits that Russian Cosmonauts wear are in fact yellow and blue and have been. The average corporate journalist puts no more thought into writing something than a cobra does to bite - they’re following their programming.

Perfect Sweetie Pagliacci (Devilish!) @NeoPagliacci
this is embarrassing. @thetimes literally just forced a political statement onto these cosmonauts, they've worn this uniform before lmao https://t.co/b5TdrE2cJ1The Zelensky government is banning political parties in the name of Democracy, and working with neo-nazis in the name of Democracy.
What good is democracy then?

Al Arabiya English @AlArabiya_Eng
#Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree that combines all national TV channels into one platform, citing the importance of a “unified information policy” under martial law. https://t.co/DQvGRTc0GBI like doing these twitter round-ups because twitter is a great way to catch the tempo of the news cycle. Make sure you’re subscribed for future original works and fun round ups like this one.
