This will be a list of my appearances on other people’s shows. Some of these might make it onto my podcast feed, but others won’t.

2/19/22 Faith, Liberty, and Praxis with Caleb Brown Season 1 Episode 11 with Guest L.B. Muñiz

It’s always fun to drop in with no agenda and see what comes up. That’s what Caleb and I did on his show. We talk a bit about the writing process and our conversation evolves into a discussion on the intellectual dark web (IDW) and philosophical influences. I agreed to go back on to talk about Bret Weinstein and Heather Heying’s new book “A Hunter Gatherer’s Guide to the 21st century.”

2/16/22 Los Libertinos with Carlos Abelar #32 w/ LB Muñiz

Carlos and his wife are the proprietors of Paloma Verde CBD, he’s an entrepreneur who is interested in ideas (my kind of guy!) initially we were going to discuss immigration, instead he wanted to get an idea about how I process thought and turn it into the content I produce. It was a heck of a conversation and between you and me I’m going to try and work my way into his cinco de mayo event he’s been talking about.

2/8/22 Counterflow with Buck Johnson Ep. 195 Why They’re ‘Suddenly’ Telling the Truth, with L.B. Muñiz (YouTube)

Buck Johnson is someone I’m happy to call a friend in this podcasting space, so when he asked if I wanted to come on to discuss The Post Libertarian Moment Defined and another recent article Why they’re suddenly telling the truth I was happy to accept the invitation. He’s a gracious interviewer who asked me some questions that took me a moment to answer which is always fun. In addition to the articles above we also discussed what you should do with people in your life who buy into regime propaganda (and what it’s like dating in Chicago post covid)

2/3/22 On The Run w/ Remso W. Martinez Ep. 191 | Have Libertarians Failed America? (Ft. L.B. Muñiz)

Remso W. Martinez had me on his show to discuss my essay “The Post Libertarian Moment Defined” and why the inflection point that was 2020 lockdowns will have lasting impacts on our society and politics. It was a great talk, and I got a little fired up talking about what I think is wrong about a popular solution to liberty. What’s cool about Remso is that he’s been in on the inside, so he knows what happens to true believes when they enter the political meat grinder.

1/31/22 Blackbird Podcast with James Jenneman BB79: You Never Go Full Marxist with LB Muniz

James and I have now appeared on various shows together I think 3-4 times? Suffice it to say we have a rapport. I joined him for his first now weekly Sunday livestreams. James is a careful thinker and he really pushed my critique of Marxism and why I don’t think it should be taught to children. It was a great talk and I look forward to more!

1/25/22 Reality Czars Podcast #46 w/ LB Muniz! The Post Libertarian Moment

You won’t want to miss a great discussion between myself and the guys from Reality Czars Podcast. We talk a lot about my essay “The Post Libertarian Moment Defined” and larger questions around political action and whether you should take it.

12/6/21 Kingpilled Navigating a Culture Caught in a Sensemaking Crisis, with L.B. Muñiz

Steven Messina (for a little bit) Matt Erickson, and I sat down on their show “Kingpilled” to talk about what sensemaking is, my schema of culture, and to what extent liberalism is to blame for our woes. This is an episode not to be missed.

12/3/21 Free Man Beyond the Wall Episode 665: The ‘How To Not Live In Ancapistan In Your Head’ Episode w/ L.B. Muniz [video]

Pete Quiñones from “Free Man Beyond the Wall” Invited me on to talk a little bit about the essay, but more about how I’ve recently had agorists in my rhetorical cross-hairs. What ensues is a discussion about yelling at our past selves, and what can be done about not letting your ideology consume your identity.

11/29/21 Lions of Liberty flagship w/ Marc Clair 541. The "Post Libertarian Moment" with L.B. Muniz [video]

Pretty surreal to see myself on such an iconic show, but I was very happy to give Marc the first interview about my new Essay The Post Libertarian Moment Defined available at postlibertarianmoment.com We discuss this moment (not a movement) in some detail, so give us a listen.

10/15/21 Popular Liberty The Praxian Roundtable: Desantis, Florida, The Antitax, MisesGOP

I was very pleased to sit down with Andrew, Buck, and later Rachel to talk about applying liberty in our lifetimes. Given the current political climate, it matters what stance libertarians make. You can make whatever qualifiers you’d like, but State governments countermanding the federal gov’t tyrannical overreach regarding Vax Passports and Employer mandates is GOOD for the cause of Human Freedom. I’m happy to take on any debate opponents to the contrary.

9/29/21 Paulz to the Wall Making the most of living in a rotten state w/ LB Muniz (YouTube)

I joined Nick, one of three cohosts on the Paulz to the Wall podcast to talk about how you make the most living in a rotten state like Illinois. What started as a conversation about a parking ticket (which I still haven’t paid, whoops), led into a deeper conversation about what motivates us as individuals, and a long conversation on the paradox of identity, why my “sword” is my own, and what I see the future of liberty looking like. Looking forward to joining the show again with the full cast!

8/5/21 Year Zero w/ Tommy Salmons: Trinitarianism and Thought w/LB Muniz

After listening to my conversation with Matt and James, Tommy Salmons reached out to see if I’d be interested in coming on his show to talk nature vs nurture. Before we recorded Tommy said he likes to have the vibe of people sitting around a campfire, and while we were recording I could certainly put myself in that space, surrounded by nature and staring at the stars. I advanced a little more about what is being called my “trinitarian” approach (instinct, reason, faith) and where nature ends and nurture begins. Be sure to check this one out!

7/28/21 Blackbird Podcast w/ James Jenneman: BB45: Creating Liberty with Matt Erickson and LB Muñiz

I returned to the Blackbird podcast to have a conversation with James and Matt Erickson from the Kingpilled show as well as Wealth Power and Influence with Jason Stapleton. This is one of the most important conversations being had right now in politcal podcasts, liberty or otherwise. If you want to see what the real struggles look like in achieving liberty you need to listen and stay tuned for PT 2 coming very soon.

7/25/21 No Way Jose w/ Jose Galison: Masculinity w/LB Muniz (youtube)

Jose was one of my first interviews at Been Awake, so when he messaged asking if I was available last week to record I of course said yes. I kinda wish we recorded the first half hour because we hit some great stuff, but where the episode went was pretty awesome. If you’re interested in learning a little bit more about my backstory, you’ll get that in the beginning. After that we really shift into a conversation about masculinity and the subversion of it by “leftism” broadly speaking. So what are you waiting for? Go Listen!

7/16/21 Rebel with a Cause w/ Eric Hailar: Philosophy Hooligans w/ L.B. Muñiz (youtube link)

Eric was looking for a guest last week so I played the Cuban card to get on. We had a great chat! It was particularly interesting from my perspective because we got right into it. I agreed to come one, got the zoom link and we just started riffing. During our talk I discussed why the dangers of Communism aren’t taught in America, the trials of dating as a non-lefty in Chicago (had some recent personal experiences), and what it’s like trying to talk with people you disagree with. Looking forward to talking with Eric again!

7/9/21 Rogue Liberty Pod Ep 12: David Friedman & LB Muniz

This was a funny one, @RogueLiberty1 & and I are in a couple group chats together. There was a timing mix-up so Dr. Friedman didn’t join him on time, that’s where I came in! I hopped on the stream to chop it up and just as we got started Dr. Friedman got on. I had no idea I’d be talking to Milton Friedman’s son (and renowned economist in his own right) when I woke up on 7/9, but that’s what happens when you allow yourself to be open to new possibilities! The conversation centered around Dr. Friedman’s novel Salamander and what it takes to write fiction. We also got into questions about the future of libertarianism and how Dr. Friedman sees the world as it stands.

7/9/21 Blackbird Podcast Episode 40: Intersecting with LB Muñiz

James has had me on his show twice now, which means I have to return the favor. In this appearance you’ll hear me discuss the dangers of “post-libertarianism” where I think they’re going right and where I think they’re wrong. We also discuss why I don’t think we need intersectionality which you don’t want to miss. James and I have a great chm

7/7/21 Jeremiah Talks: Examining "Christian" wealth-building, and power, with LB Muniz

(Examining "Christian" wealth-building, and power, with LB Muniz: Part 1.9)

Jeremiah and I mixed it up on Twitter over my “Don’t be Poor” article defending Matt Erickson’s (@realkingpilled) point that Libertarians should want to make as much money as they can. While most of my article was defending things from Libertarian perspective, he was interested in examining the theological implications. While not prepared for a theological & biblical discussion I think I did a decent job defending my position. You can be the judge.

5/24/21 Blackbird Podcast Episode 27: Making Sense with LB Muniz

James Jenneman became a fast friend in this content creating space, and he and I have really interesting and involved discussions around subjects that may interest you. In this episode we continue the conversation we had on my show (ep 35) about libertarianism, skepticism, and integral theory.

5/2/21 The Individualist Podcast w/ Nick Ashley: NPCs and Population control with L.B. Muniz

After recording with the Tower Power Hour I hung out with the guys and kept chatting about the state of the world. Nick was kind enough to ask me to come on his show. I start the episode by talking about 2 gropings I received at the Kansas City Airport and then we got into a larger conversations about NPC’s, the dystopic experiences of the constant mask-wearing, and how we’re living in a sci-fi movie.

4/16/21 Tower Power Hour Episode 5: Sell Us Your Bathwater w/Drew Hancock & LB Muniz

If you don’t know tower gangs, you probably don’t use Twitter. What you need to know is a bunch of funny guys started the Tower Power Hour and I was invited on with the beloved Drew Hancock to hang. If you want to see a more humorous (and raunchy) side of me, this is the place to do it. As the title indicates, this show is NSFW.
